Managing Accounts

Add new accounts Learn the four ways to add 2FA accounts to Daito: by entering a seed key manually, scanning a QR code, uploading a QR code screenshot, or doing a bulk CSV import. This is the starting point for importing any external service into Daito.

Bulk upload accounts Save time by importing up to 100 accounts at once using a CSV file. This guide covers the required template format, rules to follow (such as ensuring users and groups already exist), and how to preview your import before confirming.

Share 2FA accounts Step-by-step instructions for sharing a 2FA account with one or more Daito users. Once shared, those users can access the token from their own Daito dashboard. Access can be added or removed at any time from the account's Edit screen.

Update account logos Daito automatically assigns logos based on the service name you enter. This guide explains how to update the service name on an account so the correct brand logo is displayed on your dashboard.

2FA via SMS Daito offers a hosted, fully functional phone number (not VOIP) that your team can use to receive SMS-based 2FA codes in a shared inbox. This page explains how the 7-day free trial works, pricing ($49/month per number), and how incoming codes are shared across your organisation.

Supported 2FA SMS services A list of popular services that support SMS-based 2FA through Daito's hosted phone number, including Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, OpenAI, Twilio, and many more. Supported services are not limited to this list.

Managing Users

Invite users How to add team members to your Daito organisation. Enter the user's name and email, assign them a role (Member or Admin), and send an invitation. Invited users receive an email with a link to set up their account and gain access based on their role.

Manage users The Users page gives admins a central view of all user accounts. From here you can edit names and roles, resend invite emails, deactivate users, enforce 2FA enrollment, or delete users — all from a single interface.

Managing Groups

Create groups Groups let you share multiple 2FA accounts with multiple users at once. This guide walks through naming a group, selecting which users to include, and choosing which accounts to share — a more efficient alternative to sharing accounts one by one.

Manage groups How to edit existing groups — update the group name, change the group owner, add or remove users, add or remove accounts, or delete a group entirely. All group management happens from a single central interface.

Billing & Subscriptions

Pricing plans An overview of Daito's four pricing tiers: Basic ($15.83/mo), Startup ($40.83/mo), Professional ($124.17/mo) and Business ($332.50/mo), all billed annually. Covers included users, audit log retention, and add-ons like SMS numbers ($49/month each). Annual subscriptions include a 2-month discount.

Activating your plan How to start a paid Daito subscription. Navigate to Settings > Billing, choose monthly or annual billing, select your plan, and complete checkout via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial before any charge.

Managing your plan Everything you need to manage your existing subscription from the Billing tab — view plan details, download invoices, upgrade or downgrade your plan, cancel your subscription, update your payment method, and edit billing information.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO Integrations overview Daito supports SAML-based Single Sign-On, allowing your team to log into Daito using your existing identity provider. This page introduces the SSO feature and links to the supported provider guides below.

Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) A detailed step-by-step guide to connecting Daito with Microsoft Entra ID via SAML. Covers creating an enterprise application in Azure, configuring the ACS URL and Entity ID, setting up attribute mapping, assigning users, and enabling the connection in Daito.

Google Workspace How to configure a SAML SSO connection between Daito and Google Workspace. Includes instructions for creating a custom SAML app in the Google Admin dashboard, setting up attribute mapping, configuring user access, and uploading the metadata file to Daito.

Custom SAML For organisations not using Azure AD or Google Workspace, this guide covers connecting any SAML-compatible identity provider to Daito using an IdP metadata URL, metadata XML file, or by manually providing an SSO URL, certificate and SHA-256 fingerprint.

Managing Settings

General settings Update your organisation's name and URL slug, enforce 2FA login for all users in your organisation, and enable 1-Click Token Reveal — which copies codes to the clipboard without displaying them on screen, protecting against shoulder surfing.

Audit logs Audit logs record login and event activity across your Daito organisation. Retention periods depend on your plan (1 day on Basic up to 90 days on Business). Useful for security reviews and compliance purposes.

Exports Daito allows admins to export 2FA account secrets and audit log data as CSV files — useful for backups, device migrations, or record-keeping outside of Daito. Exports do not include passwords, only 2FA seed secrets.

Refer & Earn Daito's referral programme lets you earn a 20% commission on revenue from each paying user you refer, up to $1, 000 per referral. This page explains how to generate your unique referral link, track conversions, and set up your payout method via PayPal or Venmo.

Slack Integration The Daito Slack App lets your team generate 2FA codes directly inside Slack using the /daito command — no need to switch apps. This guide covers setup, how to authorise the integration, and how account access permissions apply within Slack.

SMS to Slack forwarder Automatically forward incoming SMS 2FA codes from your Daito phone number to a Slack channel. Codes are sent securely via TLS and are only visible to users with access to that channel. Requires an active Daito SMS phone number.

Webhooks Set up webhooks to automatically forward incoming SMS messages from your Daito phone number to any external service or URL. Useful for automating workflows and integrating 2FA codes into your existing tools.

Delete your account How to permanently delete your Daito organisation. This action is irreversible and will erase all users, accounts and authentication data. Make sure to export any important data before proceeding.
